He has strong understanding of local land laws, succession matters which, if ignored may considerbly obstruct and delay the process of stressed assets. handling a wide spectrum of legal matters including Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) proceedings, mortgage and title due diligence, civil and constitutional litigation, writ petitions, and Negotiable Instruments Act cases.
